08/30/24 – 10:33 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 2300 block of Avenue L.
08/30/24 – 10:49 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft. In the 3100 block of Avenue M.
8/30/24 – 11:00 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited Joshua Wayne Horton, 43, of Fort Madison, in the 1200 block of 24^th Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.
08/30/24 – 2:01 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Andrew V. Darmand, 54, of Kentucky, in the 5100 block of Avenue O, on a charge of 3^rd-degree harassment. He was held in Lee County Jail.
08/30/24 – 2:41 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Camelle Dean Woodson, 20, of Missouri, in the 5100 block of Avenue O, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

09/01/24 – 9:50 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Candace Jade Huihan, of West Burlington, in the 1100 block of 22^nd Street, on warrants for 3^rd-degree theft. He was held in Lee County Jail.
09/01/24 – 1:47 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1400 block of Avenue C.
09/02/24 – 8:44 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited Deborah Kaye McWhorter, 70, of Fort Madison in the 600 block of 34^th Street on a charge of dog at large.
09/02/24 – 9:12 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Belinda Lorene McWhorter, in the 600 block of 34^th Street, on warrant for violation of a no-contact order. She was held at Lee County Jail.
09/02/24 – 2:21 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 900 block of 2^nd Street.
09/02/24 – 10:00 p.m. – Fort Madison Police cited Kimberly Michelle Brewer, 44, of Fort Madison in the 2600 block of Avenue L. on a charge of driving while barred.

09/03/24 – 5:43 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of personal injury accident in the 2100 block of Avenue I.

Keokuk Police Report
08/26/24 – 8:30 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a one-vehicle accident in the 600 block of S. 18^th Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Joseph Duane Leeper, 48, of Keokuk, was eluding police and lost control of the vehicle in Oakland Cemetery. He was charged with failure to maintain control, when his vehicle lost control and struck several headstones in the cemetery. Leeper was transported to SEI Regional Medical Center in Fort Madison by Lee County Ambulance Service. Leeper was also charged with spilling loads onto the highway, striking an unattended vehicle (2x) and leaving the scene of a traffic accident. He was held in Lee County Jail,

08/31/24 – 9:24 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested John Patrick Rasmussen, 59, of Keokuk in the 500 block of High Street, on a charge of eluding. He was held in Lee County Jail.
09/01/24 – 1:21 a.m. – Keokuk police cited Jeremy John Steenhoek, 50, of Blairstown, Iowa, in the 700 block of Main Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.
09/01/24 – 1:48 a.m. – Keokuk police cited Amber Gail Kite, 36, of Keokuk, in the 600 block of Main Street on a charge of driving under suspension.
09/01/24 – 8:50 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Travis Michael Hanson, 40, of Keokuk, in the 1100 block of Orleans Avenue, on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and interference with officials acts, and on warrants for pre-trial violation and violation of probation. He was held in Lee County Jail.
09/01/24 – 9:59 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 100 block of N. Water Street.
09/01/24 – 11:52 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Blaine Alan Clancy, 59, of Keokuk, in the 1300 block of Cedar Street, on a warrant for domestic assault – choking causing bodily injury. He was held in Lee County Jail.
09/02/24 – 7:12 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1700 block of Main Street.
09/02/24 – 7:34 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a property damage accident at Exchange Street and Kilbourne Place.
09/02/24 – 7:35 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 2200 block of Exchange Street.
09/02/24 – 8:56 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested James Alvie Wilsey Jr., 56 of Keokuk, in the 2200 block of Exchange St on charges of OWI and driving under suspension. He was held in Lee County Jail.

08/29/24 – 2:40 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jason William Anderson, 51, of Donnellson, at the N. Lee County Courthouse on a warrant for violation of probation. He was held in Lee County Jail.
08/29/24 – 2:41 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jennifer Lynn Morris, 44, of Donnellson, at the N. Lee County Courthouse on a warrant for violation of probation. She was held at Lee County Jail.
08/30/24 – 5:02 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Nichole Lyn Kite, 47, of Farmington, at the N. Lee County Courthouse, on an active warrant. She was held in Lee County Jail.
08/31/24 – 12:29 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident. According to the report, a vehicle reported to have been driven by Ricardo Antonio Vidal, 39, of Fort Madison, lost control and struck a home owned by John Wilson in the 6000 block of Avenue O. Deputies observed the vehicle headed east bound, go off the right shoulder, drive through part of a field, cut a utility wire, and strike the residence.  A search warrant of the vehicle was obtained and lab results are charges are pending. Vidal, and a passenger, Ehrinn Taylor Holland, 25, of Fort Madison were both transported to SEI Regional Medical Center with visible injuries.
08/31/24 – 9:58 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Alexis Marie Bray, 20, of Keokuk, at the sheriff’s office on a charge of disorderly conduct. She was held in Lee County Jail.
08/31/24 – 10:00 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Amanda Jo Watson, 42, of Keokuk at the sheriff’s department on a charge of disorderly conduct. She was held in Lee County Jail.
08/31/24 – 10:23 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies cited Paul David Thompson, 62 of New London at Argyle Road and 310^th Street, on a charge of possession of marijuana.
09/01/24 – 11:32 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kenneth Ray Perdue, 29, of Keokuk, in the 2400 block of 353^rd Street, on charges of assault and 3^rd-degree harassment.
09/02/24 – 9:12 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Belinda Lorene Shallcross, 36, of Fort Madison, in the 600 block of 34^th Street, on a warrant for violating a no-contact order. She was held in Lee County Jail.
09/02/24 – 7:34 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a one-vehicle accident in the 2200 block of Exchange. According to the report, an ATM driven by James Alvie Wilsey, 56 of Keokuk had lost control and rolled onto its side. Officers conducted field sobriety tests and charged Wilsey with OWI, failure to maintain control and failure to provide insurance. Wilsey was taken to SEI Regional Medical Center and then to Lee County Jail where he was held.
09/03/24 – 10:34 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Cody Sky Patrick Kemp, 24, of Burlington, on a temporary hold. He was held in Lee County Jail.
09/03/24 – 11:32 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Dakota John McKeown, 30, of Fort Madison, at the N. Lee County Courthouse on a warrant for 2^nd-degree harassment. He was held in Lee County Jail.
09/03/24 – 3:10 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a larceny/theft in the Keokuk area.
09/03/24 – 4:18 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a hit and run on Village Circle.
09/03/24 – 5:39 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a property damage accident at 20^th Street and Fulton Street.
09/03/24 – 11:04 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Serena Lynn Wykowski, 32, of Keokuk in the 3800 block of Main Street on a charge of disorderly conduct. She was held in Lee County Jail.
