09/18/24 – 1:18 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1700 block of 38th Street.
09/18/24 – 2:16 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Jason Theodore Kokjohn, 43, of Fort Madison in the 1000 block of Avenue J, on warrants for violation of pretrial release, and failure to appear. He was held in Lee County Jail.
09/19/24 – 4:33 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 4600 block of Avenue H.
09/19/24 – 7:26 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 1200 block of Avenue H.

09/17/24 – 10:36 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 2600 block of Main Street.
09/17/24 – 12:20 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 1600 block of Franklin Street.
09/17/24 – 12:28 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 1500 block of Concert.
09/17/24 – 1:06 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Cody Michael Barnes, 35, of Montrose in the 1600 block of High Street on charges of domestic abuse, child endangerment, and interference with official acts. He was held in Lee County Jail.
09/17/24 – 5:51 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 3100 block of Main Street.
09/17/24 – 6:01 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 600 block of Concert Street.
09/17/24 – 6:44 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 100 block of Mississippi River Road.
09/17/24 – 6:45 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a personal injury accident in the 100 block of N. Water Street.
09/17/24 – 6:58 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Johnson Street Road and McKinley Avenue. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Traci Ann Breakbill, 55, of Keokuk, collided with a vehicle driven by Ron Lloyd Lawson, 68, of Keokuk. Breakbill failed to stop and yield on a right-hand turn into oncoming traffic striking Lawson’s vehicle. Breakbill was cited for failure to obey a stop sign and yield right of way, failure to provide a valid driver’s license, and failure to provide insurance. No injuries were reported.
09/17/24 – 8 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 15-year-old female juvenile, in the 300 block of Main Street for disorderly conduct. She was released to a parent.
09/17/24 – 8:10 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a burglary in the 300 block of Main Street.
09/17/24 – 8:39 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested David Lee Spring, 41, of Keokuk, in the 300 block of Bank Street, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was held in Lee County Jail.
09/17/24 – 9:12 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Gerald Jerome Green, 58, of Keokuk, in the 3400 block of Main Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.
09/17/24 – 11:31 p.m.- Keokuk police cited Samson Kent Padilla, 36, of Keokuk, in the 1300 block of Main Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.
09/18/24 – 5:51 a.m. – Keokuk police cited Gage Russell Flatten, 33, of Keokuk, in the 1500 block of Concert Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.
09/18/24 – 7:38 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 700 block of Boulevard Road.
09/18/24 – 12:17 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Stephen Khiry Hawkins, 32, of Keokuk, in the 1200 block of Exchange Street, on a charge of domestic assault. He was held in Lee County Jail.
09/18/24 – 1:55 p.m. -  Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 800 block of N. 12th Street.
09/18/24 – 4:08 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 3300 block of Main Street.
09/18/24 – 4:46 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Lindy Marie Bell, 36, of Keokuk, in the 1900 block of Palean Street on charges of 1st-degree harassment, assault, and 2nd-degree criminal mischief. He was held in Lee County Jail.
09/18/24 – 8:37 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Audrey Lynn Jones, 45, of Keokuk in the 200 block of N. 8th Street, on warrants for failure to appear. He was held in Lee County Jail.
09/18/24 – 9:29 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Ronald Keith Mason, 42, of Keokuk in the 2000 block of River Road on a warrant for federal hold. He was held in Lee County Jail.
09/19/24 – 3:03 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Daniel Russell Philp, 40, of Fort Madison in the 2000 block of Des Moines St., on a charge of eluding. He was held in Lee County Jail.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
09/18/24 – 5:04 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kenneth Lee Kellum, 37, of Keokuk, in the 3500 block of 270th Avenue on charges of felon in control of a firearm, domestic abuse assault and 4th-degree theft. He was held in Lee County Jail.
