09/06/24 – 1:58 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a vandalism in the 2000 block of 303rd Avenue.
09/06/24 – 10:10 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Anthony Beau Wilmot, 47, of Fort Madison in the 800 block of Avenue G, on a charge of 2nd-degree theft. He was held in Lee County Jail.
09/06/24 – 11:15 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1100 block of Avenue H.
09/06/24 – 11:50 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Erica Rae Kimble, 42, of Fort Madison in the 1900 block of Avenue L., on a charge of trespassing. She was held in Lee County Jail.
09/06/24 – 2:30 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Penny E. Leverich, 61, of Pittsfield, Ill., in the 4800 block of Avenue O, on a charge of 5th-degree theft.

09/08/24 – 11:33 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 700 block of 23rd Street.
09/08/24 – midnight – Fort Madison police arrested Travis Swardenski, 41, of Camden, Ill., in the 3400 block of Avenue L, on a charge of 3rd-degree criminal mischief. He was held in Lee County Jail.
09/08/24 – 12:42 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Jace Wyatt Nelson, 41, of Alta, Iowa, in the 2000 block of 303rd Avenue, on a charge of public intoxication. He was held in Lee County Jail.
09/08/24 – 2:20 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Isaiah Daniel Wenig, 41, of New London, in the 2000 block of 303rd Avenue, on a charge of public intoxication. He was held in Lee County Jail.
09/08/24 – 11:53 a.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Robert Derell Allison, 25, of Burlington, in the 700 block of 23rd Street, on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was held in Lee County Jail.


Keokuk police report
09/03/24 – 5:39 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident in the 2000 block of Franklin Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Alan Dale Rose, 72, of  Keokuk, backed into a vehicle legally parked driven Matthew VanBerkum, 43, of Keokuk. Rose was cited for improper backing. No injuries were reported.
09/06/24 – 10:50 – Keokuk police arrested a 15-year-old female in the 200 block of Concert Street on a charge of violating a no-contact order. She was released to a parent.
09/06/24 – 11:40 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Shawn Michael Carrell, 28, of Keokuk in the 1600 block of Main Street on a charge of violating a no-contact order. He was held in Lee County Jail.
09/06/24 – 3:22 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 800 block of High Street.
09/06/24 – 3:26 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 1000 block of Johnson Street.
09/07/24 – 2:29 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Phillip Ryan Beavers, 34, of Keokuk, in the 800 block of Timea Street, on a charge of failure to appear. He was held in Lee County Jail.
09/07/24 – 2:49 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Amber Christine Wall, 23, of Keokuk, in the 700 block of Timea Street, on charges of eluding and driving under suspension. She was held in Lee County Jail.
09/07/24 – 8:54 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 700 block of K Street.

09/08/24 – 4:22 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Roman Lee Lay, 38, of Keokuk, in the 1200 block of Concert Street in a charges of eluding, possession of a controlled substance, and fifth degree theft. He was held in Lee County Jail.
09/08/24 – 4:53 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Harold Eugene Russell, 56, of Keokuk, in the 3300 block of Main Street, on an active hold warrant. He was held in Lee County Jail.

O9/08/24 – 6:08 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a personal injury accident in the 3700 block of Main Street.
09/08/24 – 6:10 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Charles Bennett IV, 66, of Keokuk on charge of driving under suspension.
09/09/24 – 1:09 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile on a charge of  of possession of alcohol under the legal age. He was held at Lee County Jail.
09/09/24 – 4:25 a.m. - Keokuk police arrested Randall William Jay Johnston, 21, of Dallas City, on charges of OWI and having an open container. He was held in Lee County Jail.

Lee County Sheriff’s report
09/07/24 – midnight – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Phillip Ryan Beavers, 34, of Keokuk , in the 800 block of Timea Street, on a warrant for driving while barred. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on his own recognizance.
09/07/24 – 9:20 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Cody Scott Glasgow, of Montrose, in the 100 block of Pine Street in Montrose, on warrants for 5th-degree criminal mischief and violating a no-contact order. He was held in Lee County Jail.
09/07/24 – 4:51 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Preston Michael Smith, 28, of Lomax, in the 2400 block of 123rd Street, on charges of eluding, operating a vehicle without owners consent, reckless driving and speeding. He was held in Lee County Jail.
09/08/24 – 5:18 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Bradley James Purintun, 58, of Fort Madison, in the Climax Molybdenum parking lot, on a charge of domestic abuse assault. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
