Richard “Rick” Meyers, 67, of Dyersburg, TN and formerly of Fort Madison passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at West Tennesse Healthcare in Dyersburg.
He was born on December 24, 1955 in Indiana to Donald and Dorothy Ulakey Meyers. Rick worked production for thirty years at Gleasons. He loved working out, gardening, cooking and spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include one daughter, Devan (Rusty) Andrews of Ft. Madison; three grandchildren, Lauren, Collin and Jack; three sisters, Michele Meyers of Halifax, VA, Ellen Reilly of Ft. Madison and Kathleen (Brandon) Gassman of Iowa City and one brother, Patrick Reilly of Ft. Madison. He was preceded in death by his parents and a nephew, Brandon Laws.
Per his wishes, cremation has been entrusted to King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. A memorial has been established in his memory and online condolences may be left at www.kinglynk.com.
