Kimmi Jo Nelson, 24, of Ft. Madison, passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2023 in Burlington.
She was born on August 6, 1998 in Ft. Madison to Joseph and Amanda Sholl Nelson. Kimmi loved artwork, especially coloring and drawing. She had a vibrant and bold personality and always liked to make people feel better.
Survivors includer her parents, Joseph and Amanda Nelson; her son, Jophiah Snigowski; her sister, Kara Nelson; her brother, Jaden Nelson and her maternal grandfather, Michael Sholl all of Ft. Madison. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandma, Donna Sue Sholl and her paternal grandma, Sharon Rigg.
Cremation has been entrusted to King-Lynk Funeral Home and Crematory and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Online condolences may be left at www.kinglynk.com.
