Jerrie R. Latham, 56, of Fort Madison, IA, passed away at 9:30 p.m. on Monday, June 5, 2023 in Fort Madison. He was born on July 30, 1966 in Wahiawa, HI to Chester Yingst & Kathryn Latham. He married Sandra D. Carson on January 1, 1993 in Reno, NV. He was a woodworker and loved shooting rockets and putting them together. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing, camping, collecting comic books, marvel movies and assembling model trains and remote airplanes.
Jerrie is survived by: his wife: Sandra Latham of Fort Madison, IA; 2-daughters: Jerrie (Michael Pena) Latham of Kenosha, WI & Lannette (Chris) Carson of Yuba City, CA; 2-sons: Nicholas Latham of Fort Madison, IA & Michael (Tiffany) Munoz of Yuba City, CA; 5-grandchildren; 1-uncle: Bill (Angela) Latham of Fayetteville, NC & 1-brother-in-law: Floyd St. Clair of Yuba City, CA. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Friday, June 9, 2023 at King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery. The family requests that instead of a memorial, friends or family plant a tree in memory of Jerrie.
