Norma Russell, 71, of Keokuk, passed away on Monday, October 9, 2023, at Arbor Court in Mount Pleasant, Iowa.
Norma was born on March 14, 1952, in Keokuk, Iowa, the daughter of Norman and Marilyn (Sebree) Russell. She graduated from Keokuk High School and completed her college degree at the University of Iowa. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Keokuk, and was in band during high school. Norma was employed at the water treatment plant in Fort Madison, Sheaffer Pen in Fort Madison, and finished her working career at FEMA in Texas. She enjoyed spending her free time with her Dachshund dog, which she loved dearly.
Norma is survived by her aunt Raymonia Muff of Hamilton and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Norma is preceded in death by her infant sister. Mary Agnes and her parents.
No services will be held at this time.
