Kenneth E. Basham, 67 years, of Fort Madison, Iowa died Sunday, October 8, 2023 at New London Speciality Care, New London, Iowa. He was born September 9, 1956 in Galesburg, Illinois, a son of Donald and Ruth (Swanson) Basham. Kenny was a 1977 graduate of Fort Madison High School. He worked at Fruehauf, Gleason Corp., and later Truck Repair.
He is survived by his siblings: Mike (Connie) Basham and Robert Basham, both of Fort Madison, Linda Basham-Lane of Argyle, Iowa and Kathy (Jeff) Stone of Kahoka, Missouri; one aunt, Helen (Jim) McCormick of Illinois; two uncles, Edward Swanson of Colorado and Bernard (Becky) Swanson of Galesburg; numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother-in-law Dale Lane, and one nephew Tony DeBuhr.
