Phyllis is survived by: 1-daughter: Lisa Eid of Fort Madison, IA; 3-sons: Alan Frey of Niota, IL, Keelen Frey of Niota, IL & Shawn (Susan) Frey of Douds, IA; 8-grandchildren; 1-great grandchild and 1-sister: Mary (Dick) Klesner of St. Paul, IA. She was preceded in death by: her parents, husband, 1-son in law: Rory and several brothers and sisters.
Cremation has been entrusted to the care of King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 17, 2022 in Oakland Cemetery with Fr. Tony Trosley officiating. A memorial has been established for Lee County Hospice or the Niota Fire Department.
