Anita “Sue” Hill, 75, of Montrose, IA, passed away on Sunday, August 14, 2022 at 8:43 AM at the Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center in Ft. Madison.
She was born on August 7, 1947 in Keokuk to William and Roberta Schuster Rule. On February 21, 1969 she married Richard L. Hill in Montrose and he passed away on February 5, 2018. Sue was a beautician in her early years. She then became a CNA and worked at the Montrose Health Center. Sue enjoyed sewing, cooking and doing word searches.
Survivors include two daughters, Jennifer Hill and Nicolle (Eugene) Watts; one son, Richard (Ayrene Richel Abellanosa) Hill all of Montrose; four grandchildren, Stephanie, Dustin, Tommy & Tiffanie; six great grandchildren, Madison, Eli, Kaydon, Ebony, Misty & Wade; two brothers, Harry and Keith Rule both of Montrose. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one brother Billy Rule.
The family will meet with friends on Thursday, August 18, 2022 from 2-4 PM at King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory. A private burial will take place on Friday, August 19, 2022 at the Montrose Cemetery.
