Nancy Welsh, 66, of Keokuk passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at her home.
She was born June 19, 1957 in Keokuk, the daughter of Fred E and AnnaBelle Parsons Dunlap.
She graduated from Keokuk Senior High with the class of 1975. 
She was united in marriage to Mike Welsh on February 11, 1977.  He preceded her in death on July 12, 2004.  
She had been employed as a waitress/bartender at One Eyed Jake’s in Argyle, IA and Rosie’s in Donnellson, IA.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Memphis, TN and New Testament Christian Church in Keokuk, IA.   
Nancy enjoyed traveling, camping and fishing.  She always looked forward to casino trips trying her luck at the next jackpot and spending time with her friends. 
She is survived by her siblings, Robert Dunlap (Carolyn) of Kahoka, MO, Debbie Kisor (Jim) of Keokuk, Diana Carr (Mark Coovert) of Keokuk, Doug Dunlap (Joyce) of Hamilton, IL and David Dunlap (Diana) of Hamilton, IL and many nieces and nephews.
Besides her husband she was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Karen Parrack. 
A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m., Monday, June 17, 2024 at Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk, IA  with Pastor Derek Olsen officiating.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home with the family meeting with friends from 12:00 p.m. (noon) until service time.   
Memorials may be made to Lee County Hospice or KASPIR (Keokuk Animal Services Partners in Rescue).
