Dennis C. McGeehon, 70, of Fort Madison, IA, passed away at 4:05 p.m. on Monday, May 27, 2024 at his home. He was born on June 24, 1953 to Clifford & Wanita Pentecost McGeehon. He served in the military for a short period of time and enjoyed fishing, the St. Louis Cardinals and his cats. He did bicycle repair work and lawn mowing for many years.
Dennis is survived by: 1-daughter: Katelyn “Katie” McGeehon of Burlington, IA; 2-brothers: William McGeehon of Iowa & Clinton McGeehon of Fort Madison, IA; 1-sister: Nancy Gillette of Fort Madison, IA; several nieces & nephews and his best friend: Mark Weglarz of Fort Madison, IA. He was preceded in death by his parents and Katie’s mom, Louise McClary.
