07/18/24 – 3:57 a.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Vita Martinez Winters, 36, of Keokuk, in the 800 block of S. 14th Street on a charge of domestic abuse assault. He was held in Lee County Jail.

07/18/24 – no time listed – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Luis Tecpanecatl, 18, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff’s office on charges of indecent exposure and violation of probation.
