Donna was born on December 25, 1956 in LaHarpe, Illinois, the daughter of Don Bradford and Sharon Burr.
Donna was a 1975 graduate of LaHarpe High School. Donna worked several jobs throughout her life, and many times, more than one job at a time. Most notably she worked as a Home Health Nurse for the Hancock County Health Department.
Donna enjoyed knitting, crocheting and especially enjoyed time spent with her grandchildren.
Survivors include one son: Alan (Dalene) Mowen of Dallas City; one step-son: David Snyder of West Burlington, Iowa; her mother and step-father: Sharon and Richard Reed of Terre Haute, Illinois; six grandchildren: Tifani, Jesse, Drake, Hailey, Nicholas and Damion; one god-daughter: Jamie; three sisters: Ronna Bradford of LaHarpe, Leesa (Carl) Swanson of Terre Haute and Joy Wilcox of Dallas City; one half-sister: Sadena Jackson and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father: Don.
A visitation will be held from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. Saturday, July 30, 2022 at Banks & Beals Funeral Home in Dallas City. Followed by a service at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Nate McCarter officiating.
