Task force makes felony arrests

LEE COUNTY - The Lee County Narcotics Task Force reports the arrest of four Donnellson residents on felony and misdemeanor drug charges.
Jennifer Lynn Morris, age 44, of Donnellson is charged with: possession with the intent to deliver more than five grams of methamphetamine, a class B felony; Iowa drug tax stamp violation, a class D felony; maintaining a drug house, an aggravated misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.
Jason William Anderson, age 51, of Donnellson is charged with: Possession with the intent to deliver more than five grams of methamphetamine, a class B felony; Iowa drug tax stamp violation, a class D felony; maintaining a drug house, an aggravated misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.
Joshua Edwin James Hartman, age 39, of Donnellson is charged with: Possession with the intent to deliver more than five grams of methamphetamine, a class B felony; Iowa drug tax stamp violation, a class D felony; maintaining a drug house, an aggravated misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.
Kenneth Allan Thompson, age 48, of Donnellson is charged with: possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.
The charges came after the Lee County Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant at a residence in Donnellson.  All four persons were present at the time of execution and found in violation of the aforementioned criminal charges. 
The Lee County Narcotics Task Force were assisted by the Donnellson Police Department, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, and the Lee County Attorney’s Office.
The defendant’s in this case should be presumed innocent until proven guilty.  The Lee County Narcotics Task Force is funded in part by the U.S. Department of Justice and the funds administered by the Iowa Governor’s Office of Drug Control Policy.
