DONNELLSON – The Central Lee Lady Hawks dropped a 48-38 loss in non-conference action Saturday to Canton, Mo.
Kenna Sandoval led the Hawks with 18 points, while freshman Lizzy Mason added 11.
Central Lee held a 12-9 lead at the end of the first quarter, but that was reversed by Canton in the second quarter as the Hawks trailed 24-22 at the break.
Riley Gregory had four points, while Ellie Lake added three and Taylor Jones added a bucket in the third quarter.
The Hawks fall to 3-5 overall and 3-3 in the SEI Superconference with the loss.
