Carol Ann Kelly, 79, of Ft. Madison, IA, passed away on Monday, August 26, 2024 at the Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center in West Burlington.
She was born on January 29, 1945 in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia to Fred and Marie Solomon Morris.  Carol was married to Michael John Tebbs from 1969-1985.  She then married Robert Edward Kelly II on September 3, 1993.  Carol was the owner of Carol’s Country Crafts and later became the first female salesperson at Jim Baier Ford.  She was a masterful quilter who also enjoyed gardening, reading, antiques and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Kelly II of Ft. Madison; four children, Brendan (Denise) Tebbs of Bonaparte, Danielle (Lance) Vaughn of Altoona, Joshua Tebbs of Columbia, SC and Courtney Tebbs of Ft. Madison; step children, Diana (Dan) Krueger of Keokuk, Robert “Rob” (Brandy) Kelly III of Keokuk, Kristy Kelly of Stronghurst, IL; seven grandchildren, Corinne (James) Owen, Katherine Vaughn, Lauren Vaughn, Kendyl Bechen, Kelly (Anthony) Peavy, Kolton Krueger and Brittany Kelly; three great grandchildren; one sister, Dana (Darrell) Mueller of Ft. Madison; one brother, Randy Morris of Naples, FL; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister-in-law, Patricia Morris and a grandson, Clinton Tebbs, “Clinton is waiting for you, Grandma!  Did you bring your red glasses?”
Per her wishes, cremation has been entrusted to King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory and there will be no formal services at this time.  A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Online condolences may be left at www.kinglynk.com.
