Keokuk Police Report
10/11/24 – 8:10 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 600 block of Hazelhurst Circle.
10/11/24 – 11:03 a.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1500 block of Stripe Street.
10/11/24 – 12:32 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Christopher Dean Derr, 37, of Keokuk, in the 300 block of N. Park Drive, on a warrant for 2nd-degree harassment. He was held in Lee County Jail.
10/11/24 – 2:53 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 300 block of Belknap Place.
10/11/24 – 10:40 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 300 block of N. Park Drive.
10/11/24 – 11:04 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Victoria Jo Gibbons, 58, of Hamilton, Ill., in the 300 block of N. Park Drive, on a charge of 5th-degree theft.
10/11/24 – 11:09 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Valorie Jean Zimmer, 58, of Hamilton, in the 300 block of N. Park Drive on a charge of 5th-degree theft.
10/11/24 – 11:50 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 100 block of S. 2nd Street.
10/12/24 – 4:28 a.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 300 block of Main Street.
10/12/24 – 8:16 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a burglary in the 500 block of S. 5th Street.
10/12/24 – 9:43 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Michael James Hubbard, 37, of Keokuk, in the 900 block of Fulton Street, on warrants for failure to appear and a charge of interferenc with official acts. He was held in Lee County Jail.
10/13/24 – 11:50 a.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 300 block of Belknap Place.
10/13/24 – 2:05 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 1000 block of Johnson Street Road. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Kaylee Sue Hobbs, 18, of Arbela, Mo., was headed southbound and slowed to turn into a private drive when struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Lexys Christine Jarrell, 25, of Keokuk. Jarrell was cited for failure to stop in an assured distance. No injuries were reported.
10/13/24 – 2:06 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 700 block of Hickory Terrace.
10/13/24 – 5:03 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 300 block of N. Park Drive.
10/14/24 – 12:17 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 300 block of Belknap Place.
10/14/24 – 1:57 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1400 block of Bank Street.
10/14/24 – 8:10 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Dylan James Clark, 24, of Keokuk, in the 600 block of Main Street, on charges of eluding, possession of marijuana, driving under suspension, and willful injury. He was held in Lee County Jail.
Lee County Sheriff’s Report
10/14/24 – 12:41 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jermaine Whittney Dawson, 43, of Burlington, at the N. Lee County Courthouse on a warrant for violation of probation. He was held in Lee County Jail.
10/14/24 – 10:47 p.m. Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Joshua Paul Larson, 44, of Keokuk, at the S. Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for a judgment hold. He was held in Lee County Jail.
