Fort Madison Police Report
10/10/24 – 8:30 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited Kyle Wayne Rea, 28, of Fort Madison, in the 1700 block of 41st Street on a charge of 3rd-degree harassment.
10/10/24 – 8:49 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Richard David Hoenig, 60, of Fort Madison in the 800 block of Avenue G, on a warrant for probation violation. He was held in Lee County Jail.
10/10/24 – 8:24 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Eric Eugene Fortune Sr., 57, of Fort Madison, in the 2500 block of Avenue L., on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was held in Lee County Jail.
10/10/24 – 8:41 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Michelle Leanna Eid, 33, of Fort Madison in the 2500 block of Avenue L, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. She was held in Lee County Jail.
10/11/24 – 10:52 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 2000 block of Avenue B.
10/11/24 – 6:37 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1300 block of Avenue H.
10/12/24 – 8:42 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1500 block of Avenue M.
10/12/24 – 11:12 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested  Dama Heather Cook, 47, of Fort Madison, at the Dollar Tree in Fort Madison on a charge of interference with official acts. She was held in Lee County Jail.
10/14/24 – 7:28 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded  a report of a larceny/theft in the 2000 block of Avenue J.

Keokuk Police Report
09/17/24 – 12:20 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident in the 1600 block of High Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Shaila Kay Sturm, 32, of Keokuk, was westbound and encountered a vehicle driven by Cody Michael Barnes, 35, of Keokuk, headed eastbound the wrong way on a one way on High Street and struck Sturm’s vehicle. Both vehicles sustained functional damage to the front end, but neither driver reported injuries. Barnes was cited for driving down the wrong way on a one-way street.
10/09/24 – 9:20 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 14-year-old male juvenile in the 2200 block of Middle Road on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released to a parent.
10/09/24 – 10:29 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 2500 block of Belknap Blvd.
10/09/24 – 1:41 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 3000 block of Main Street.
10/09/24 – 3:11 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Cole Michael Tripp, 25, of Keokuk, in the 100 block of 13th Street, on a charge of open burning.
10/09/24 – 4:25 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a hit-and-run in the 3300 block of Main Street.
10/09/24 – 4:55 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 200 block of S. 8th Street.
10/09/24 – 5:18 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Earl Edwin Hoskins, Jr, 66, of Keokuk in the 200 block of 8th Street, on charges of 3rd-degree theft and trespassing and a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
10/09/24 – 9:45 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Robert Harry Mills, 50, of Keokuk, in the 800 block of Morgan Street, on a charge of 5th degree criminal mischief.
10/09/24 – 1:41 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident in the Hy-Vee parking lot. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Michael Lee Hawkins, 71, of Keokuk was stopped at a stop sign to leave the parking lot. He backed up and struck a vehicle driven by Hila Lynn Cook, 48. No injuries were reported Hawkins was cited for no insurance.
10/10/24 – 1:13 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 14-year-old male juvenile, in the 2200 block of Middle Road, on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released to a parent.
10/10/24 – 9:57 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Zachary Taylor Debrackeliere, 31, of Keokuk, in the 16000 block of Orleans Avenue, on a charge of phone distribution of obscene material to a minor. He was held in Lee County Jail.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
10/10/24 – 5:34 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Taylor Grace Rettig, 26, of Fort Madison, in the 2500 block of Hwy. 218, on a charge of driving while license revoked. He was taken to Lee County Jail and was released on a promise to appear.
10/11/24 – no time listed – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Christopher Dean Derr, 37, of Keokuk, at S. Lee County Courthouse on a warrant for harassment. He was held in Lee County Jail.
10/11/24 – 8:46 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Shane Michael Rockelman, 51, of Keokuk, at the sheriff’s office on a warrant for a judgement hold.
10/11/24 – 5:15 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrest Jason Theodore Kokjohn, 43, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff’s office on an arrest affidavit. He was held in Lee County Jail.
