Bloodhounds 4th at Fairfield event

Four Fort Madison golfers shoot 47 on Monday

FAIRFIELD – The Fort Madison Bloodhound boys took 4th at a Fairfield Invitational Monday afternoon.

The Hounds got four 47s from Brennan Ulik, Brady Wade, Kane Williams and Aidan Pennock to finish with a 188.

Washington won the meet with a 145. Rajan Roth won medalist honors with a 33 on the nine hole par 35 course in Fairfield. Roman Roth finished with a 34 for runner-up honors for Washington.

Emmett Kruse shot a 50 for Fort Madison and Jordan Simpson carded a 64.

Washington won the event with a 145 team score. Fairfield was second with a 166 and Mt. Pleasant was 3rd with a 184 team score.

Nick Matheny carded a 40 to lead the Panthers, while Austin Lisk shot a 39 to lead Fairfield.
