KAHOKA - Holy Trinity's Mary Kate Bendlage continues to thrive in her return from a new injury.
The junior scored 17 as the Crusaders downed Clark County in the River Rivalry series on Saturday in Kahoka.
The win takes Holy Trinity Catholic to 4-4 on the year and 2-4 in the SEI Superconference.
The Crusaders are now off until after the holidays.
Holy Trinity led from the tip, putting up 18 in the first quarter and led 28-19 at the half. HTC held the Indians to just 12 second-half points as they extended the lead.
Teagan Snaadt had 10 for the Crusaders in the win. Mary Hellige had six points all in the first quarter on two 3-pointers.
