09/12/23 – 1:19 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 3400 block of Avenue L.
09/12/23 – 1:51 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Richard Thomas Lunsford, 43, of Burlington, in the 3400 block of Avenue L, on a charge of felony forgery. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
09/12/23 – 4:38 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 1900 block of Avenue M.
09/13/23 – 8:42 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 5800 block of Avenue O.

Lee County Sheriff Report
09/12/23 – 10:29 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested a 16-year-old male juvenile, of Fort Madison, in the 2900 block of Devine Court, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance – marijuana, 1st. He was referred to juvenile court.
09/12/23 – 3:45 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Robert Lavern Keith, 28, of St. Paul, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for pretrial release violation. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
