Fort Madison Police Report
07/19/23 – 10:17 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Mandy Sue Sample, 42, of Farmington, in the 5000 block of Avenue O, on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear – traffic offense. She was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on bond.
07/19/23 – 5:38 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2600 block of Avenue L.
07/19/23 – 8:33 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Stephanie Schuelka, 34, of Fort Madison, in the 1100 block of Old Denmark Hilltop, on a charge of violation of a domestic no-contact order. She was taken to Lee County Jail.

07/19/23 – 12:21 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Charles Heston Smith, Jr., 42, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office, on a judgment hold warrant. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
07/19/23 – 12:47 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Kelly Ann McIntyre, 55, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff's office, on a judgment hold warrant. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
07/19/23 – 7:51 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Bodin Edward Lasswell, 22, of Mount Pleasant, at the sheriff's office, on a judgment hold warrant. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
07/20/23 – 12:38 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Michelle Lea Graham, 37, of Hillsboro, at Elm Street and University Street, Donnellson, on a charge of 1st offense OWI. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
