02/17/23 – 11:50 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 1100 block of Avenue E.
02/17/23 – 3:22 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Michael Lynn Potter, 57, of Burlington, in the 800 block of Avenue G, on 2 warrants for violation of probation. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
02/18/23 – 10:54 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2700 block of Avenue I.
02/18/23 – 3:20 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 600 block of Avenue F.
02/18/23 – 3:33 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2700 block of Avenue O.
02/18/23 – 7:00 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 2600 block of Avenue L.
02/19/23 – 1:19 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 100 block of Oak Drive.
02/19/23 – 2:08 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested James Jeffrey Smith, 67, of Fort Madison, in the 100 block of Oak Drive, on a charge of 2nd offense OWI. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
02/19/23 – 10:15 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2700 block of Avenue J.
02/19/23 – 9:54 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 600 block of 13th Street.
02/20/23 – 4:55 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2600 block of Avenue A.
02/21/23 – 11:01 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested William Leroy Frantz II, 50, of West Point, in the 800 block of Avenue G, on an undisclosed warrant. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
02/21/23 – 2:42 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident at the intersection of 23rd Street and Avenue L.
02/22/23 – 3:49 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 5400 block of Avenue O.
02/22/23 – 5:08 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2700 block of Avenue O.
02/23/23 – 12:00 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Stephen Edward Winn, 45, of Fort Madison, in the 1400 block of 37th Street, on a warrant for pretrial release violation. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
02/23/23 – 2:31 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Adam Scott Gerst, 37, of West Burlington, in the 2700 block of Avenue L, on warrants for failure to appear and probation violation. He was taken to Lee County Jail.

Lee County Sheriff Report
02/17/23 – 11:00 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies responded to a report of a single-vehicle accident at the intersection of Primrose Road and 108th Avenue. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Corbin Joseph Pohren, 18, of Farmington, slid into a ditch due to icy roadways and came to rest on its top. No injuries or citations were reported. The vehicle sustained minor damages.
02/18/23 – 1:55 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Jodi Lyn Millard, 36, of West Point, in the 2400 block of County Road 103, West Point, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance - 1,2,3rd. She was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on her own recognizance.
02/21/23 – 10:57 a.m. – Lee Counth sheriff deputies responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of 303rd Avenue and Timberlane Drive. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Sara Jean Poe, 45, of Fort Madison, was traveling southbound on 303rd Avenue, attempting to make a right turn onto Timberland Drive when a vehicle driven by  Marian Kay Blind, 79, of Wever, rear-ended Poe's vehicle. No injuries were reported. Poe's vehicle was driven from the scene; Blind's vehicle was towed from the scene. Blind was cited for failure to maintain control.
02/21/23 – 3:15 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Tyler Keith Jennings, 35, of Montrose, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for violation of parole. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
02/22/23 – Lee County sheriff deputies had no activity to report.
02/23/23 – 2:01 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Nolan Aeneas Leveling, 25, of Fort Madison, on X5061, Fort Madison, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
