05/17/24 – 7:05 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Sergio Miguel Trejo, 21, of Fort Madison in the 3000 block of Avenue J on a charge of 3rd-degree harassment. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
05/17/24 – 9:42 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a burglary in the 1000 block of Avenue E.
05/17/24 – 11:21 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested William Lee Bennett, Jr., 49, of Fort Madison in the 2700 block of Avenue N, on a charge of domestic assault with injury. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
05/17/24 – 4:58 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1600 block of Avenue H.
5/18/24 – 6:16 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Kelly James Russell, 22, of Fort Madison at 28th Place and Avenue A, on a charges of possession of marijuana, ineligible to carry weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia and child endangerment. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
05/18/24 – 10:39 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Ashley Marie Privia, 33, of Fort Madison in the 1800 block of Avenue L, on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance. She was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
05/19/24 – 1:53 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 2300 block of Avenue F.
05/20/24 – 8:04 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1600 block of Avenue H.

05/15/24 – no activity was reported
05/16/24 – 7:46 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael Montel Bryant, 52, of Quincy, on a warrant for driving while barred and failure to appear. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
5/17/24 – 11 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 2300 block of 263rd Avenue. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Charles Frances Womack, 69 of West Point backed into a vehicle driven by Scott Alan Cochenour, 51, of Fort Madison. Cochenour was attempting to turnaround and westbound when Womack stopped in the roadway and began backing up striking Cochenour’s vehicle. Marty Cochenour, 47, of Fort Madison was injured in the incident but was not transported.
Womack was charged with unsafe backing on a highway.
05/17/24 – 12:36 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jesse Virgil Johnson Booth, 32, of Keokuk, at the sheriff’s office on a judgment hold. He was taken to Lee County Jail and then released for serving weekends.
05/17/24 – 7:07 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Taylor William Scott, 32, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff’s office on a judgment hold. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released for serving weekends.
05/18/24 – 11:08 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Rashei Lynn Stuekerjuergen, 34, of West Point, on 263rd Avenue on a charge of OWI. She was taken to Lee County Jail and released on her recognizance.
05/19/24 -  9:15 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kyle Wayne Johnson, 30, of Mt. Pleasant, at the sheriff’s office on a warrant for leaving the scene of a property damage accident. She was taken to Lee County Jail and released on bond.
05/19/24 – 7:20 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Marlos Bishop, Jr., 21, of Hazelcrest, Ill., at the North Lee County courthouse on warrants for voluntary absence from custody and a judgment hold. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
05/16/24 – 2:05 a.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Shalamar Marquay Holloway, 23, of Burlington in the 200 block of N. 7th Street on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
05/15/24 – 2:44 a.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Trayveon Leroy Jefferson, 18, of Burlington, in the 200 block of N. 7th Street, on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
05/16/24 – 3:13 a.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Davian Montezz Jefferson, 22, of Burlington, in the 200 block of N. 7th Street on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
05/16/24 – 3:27 a.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Chauncey Delmar McGee, 29,  of Burlington, in the 200 block of N. 7th Street on a charge of disorderly conduct and two active warrants. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
05/16/24 – 6:35 a.m. – Keokuk Police arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile in the 200 block of N. 7th Street, on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released to a parent.

05/14/24 – 10:58 p.m. – Keokuk Police cited Wyatt Daniel Brown, 18, of Keokuk, in the 1200 block of S. 7th Street on a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor.
05/14/24 – 11:05 p.m. – Keokuk Police cited Cheyenne Grace Poje, 19, of Kahoka, Mo., in the 1200 block of S. 7th Street, on a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor.
05/14/24 – 11:05 p.m. – Keokuk Police arrested a 16-year-old male juvenile on a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor. He was released to a parent.

05/15/24 – 2:52 a.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Travis Michael Hanson, 39, of Burlington, in the 1100 block of High Street on charges of providing false identification and driving under suspension, and a warrant for failure to appear.

05/16/24 – 2:06 p.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Daniel Lee Savage, 35, of Keokuk, in the 200 block of. N. 10th Street, on charges of interference with official acts, 1st-degree harassment, and going armed with intent. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
05/16/24 – 6:05 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a larency/theft on Hickory Terrace.
05/16/24 – 11:10 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Henry Lee Moorer, 27, of Keokuk, in the 200 block of S. 10th Street on a warrant for domestic abuse assault. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
05/16/24 – 7:25 a.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 1900 block of Plank Road. According to the report, A vehicle driven by Brittany Shanay Scott, 38, of Keokuk was eastbound in the 1900 block of Plank Road. Another unit driven by Casey Renee Barnes, 45, of Keokuk, was stopped facing south in the 200 block of 19th Street at the intersection of Plank Road. Barnes entered the intersection and turned left. The left front end of Scott’s vehicle hit the right sliding van door and damage both vehicles.
