05/29/24 – 7:53 a.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Kelly Marie Calvin, at the police station, on an active warrant. She was held at Lee County Jail.
05/29/24 – 7:21 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 500 block of 10th Street.
05/29/24 – 8:49 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Michael Eugene Cochran, Jr., 41, of Fort Madison, in the 1300 block of Avenue H, on an active warrant. He was held at Lee County Jail.
05/29/24 – 10:47 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1500 block of Avenue M.
05/29/24 – 10:31 p.m. – Fort Madison Police cited Jazlynn Arlette Wilkerson, 42, of Fort Madison, in the 1100 block of 19th Street.
05/30/24 – 8:54 a.m. – Fort Madison Police cited Vanessa Latonya Nash, 43, of Fort Madison, in the 900 block of 30th Street on a charge of a dog running at large.
05/31/24 – 9:23 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 2100 block of 302nd Avenue.
05/31/24 – 11:42 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 4600 block of Avenue L.
05/31/24 – 4:54 p.m.- Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 4800 block of Avenue O.
05/31/24 – 8:52 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Mason Paul Williams, 21, of Fort Madison in the 1700 block of Avenue G, on an warrant. He was held at Lee County Jail.
05/31/24 – 8:54 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Eathaun Brunswig, 21, of Fort Madison in the 1700 block of Avenue G, on a charge of OWI. She was held at Lee County Jail.

06/02/24 – 1:00 a.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Linda Antoinette Coleman, 42, of Fort Madison in the 1500 block of Avenue G, on an active warrant. She was held at Lee County Jail.
06/02/24 – 5:34 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to report of a larceny/theft in the 1100 block of Avenue D.
06/02/24 – 3:50 a.m. – Fort Madison Police Timothy Edward Vincent, 49, of Fort Madison, in the 1200 block of Avenue H, on a charge of assault. He was held at Lee County Jail.
06/02/24 – 2:05 p.m. – Fort Madison Police cited Jamiah Marquis Williams, 19, of Keokuk, no location listed, on a charge of trespassing.
06/03/24 – 12:15 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1500 block of Avenue M.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
05/29/24 – 2:24 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested James Lee Thien, 40, of Lomax, IL, at the Des Moines County Courthouse on a charge of violation of parole. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
05/30/24 – 2:36 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Morgan Paige Burns, 36, of Carthage, IL, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for probation violation. He was held at Lee County Jail.
05/30/24 – 10:30 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael Jacob Cain, 47, of Farmington, in the 1100 block of 255th Street, on a charge of 1st offense sex offender registration. He was held at Lee County Jail.
05/31/24 – 11:02 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Eathaun Brunswig, 21, of Oquawka, on charges of 5th-degree criminal mischief and no insurance. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on his recognizance.
06/01/24 – 12:01 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident on Hwy. 27. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Wyatt Shawn Schulte, 21, of Montrose, lost control and rolled in a ditch. Schulte allegedly told deputies he was on his cellphone and lost control. No injuries or citations were issued.
06/01/24 – 3:14 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a one-vehicle accident in the 2400 block of Carbide Lane. A vehicle, later identified to have been driven by a Logan B. Henke, 24, of Morrison, IL, had lost control and struck a tree. Henke wasn’t discovered with the vehicle, but later reported to the sheriff’s department and said a deer came out and caused him to swerve and strike a tree. According to the report, Henke claimed to have struck his head and arm and was fuzzy about the accident due to striking his head. Henke was cited for failure to maintain control.

05/29/24 – 8:01 a.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a personal injury accident in the 300 block of S. 5th Street.
05/29/24 – 1:52 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1300 block of Carroll Street.
05/29/24 – 2:39 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 500 block S. 5th Street.
05/29/24 – 2:57 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 700 block of Franklin St.
05/29/24 – 3:26 p.m.- Keokuk Police responded to a report of a vandalism in the 200 block of Washington St.
05/29/24 – 3:56 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a property damage accident at Carbide Lane and Main Street.
05/29/24 – 3:59 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a personal injury accident in the 11th Street and Franklin Street.
05/29/24 – 3:59 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a personal injury accident in the 1100 block of Franklin Street.
05/29/24 – 5:44 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1500 block of Stripe St.
05/29/24 – 8:44 p.m. – Keokuk Police cited Austin Michael Stanley, 27, of Keokuk, at the Keokuk Police Department on a charge of driving while barred.
05/29/24 – 9:44 p.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Eric Patrick Mahair, 35, Keokuk, in the 200 block of Fulton Street, on charges of 3rd-degree criminal mischief and simple assault. He was held at Lee County Jail.
05/30/24 – 7:08 a.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1100 block of Orleans Ave.
05/30/24 – 11:24 a.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of property damage accident on Water Street.
05/30/24 – 11:34 a.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a two-vehicle accident on Water Street in Keokuk. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Tina Ann Daniels, 43, of Oelwein was traveling west in the parking lot of Victory Park. A vehicle driven by Haedon Graceanne Nichols began backing and didn’t see Daniels’ vehicle striking the passenger side door. There were no injuries. Nichols was cited for unsafe backing.
05/30/24 – 2:54 p.m. – Keokuk Police cited Corra Maxine Burgess, 23, of Keokuk, in the 800 block of Johnson Street Rd, on a charge of 1st-degree harassment.
05/22/24 – 1:20 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a two-vehicle accident at Washington and Boulevard. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Katelyn Marie Grisham, 27, of Keokuk, was exiting the Scooters parking lot and entered the path of a vehicle driven by Joel Steven Johnston, 22, of Keokuk. Johnston’s vehicle was towed from the scene. Grisham was cited for making an unsafe entry onto a roadway. No injuries were reported.
05/31/24 – 11:18 a.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a one-vehicle accident in the 2400 block of Main Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Cynthia Inez Mason, 63, of Keokuk was east bound on Main when a deer ran southbound across Main Street striking Mason’s car. No citations or injuries were reported.
05/31/24 – 7:27 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of 13th Street and Main Street. According to the report a vehicle driven by Kelsey Marie Mendenhall, 35, of Keokuk, was traveling south through the intersection. A vehicle driven by Jazlynn Kay Marie Huston, 18, of Hamilton, was traveling east bound through the intersection and struck Mendenhall’s vehicle. Huston was cited for failure to obey traffic control device. No injuries were reported.
