3. (BLANK) MOVED and (BLANK) SECONDED to adopt a resolution approving the Mayor’s signature on a Statement of Completion for the AWOS Replacement Project at the Fort Madison Municipal Airport and approving Partial Payment Application #3 in the amount of $12,396.20 to Voltmer, Inc. of Decorah, Iowa.
4. (BLANK) MOVED and (BLANK) SECONDED to adopt a resolution calling a special city election on the proposed issuance of not to exceed $12,000,000 General Obligation Bonds or Capital Loan Notes (Fire Station/Emergency Services Building) (for a general corporate purpose).
